For basket values of £100 plus VAT and above, our standard delivery option is FREE.
Please note that for all safe-related products, the standard delivery option is ‘door-to-door’ delivery. This means that the product will be delivered to the outside of the main door of your premises, our couriers will not bring the item inside.
The size and weight of safes means that ‘door-to-door’ delivery is often impractical unless you have industrial machinery to bring the product inside yourself. Consequently, on our product page we offer up to two additional delivery variables which you can choose at added cost and which are often more appropriate for large safe items. These options are:

Please also be aware that some insurance approvals require safes to be bolted down for them to be valid. Again, this should be considered before purchase.

Delivery will normally be made at any time between 08:00am and 06:00pm, Monday to Friday. It is important to ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the goods. If we are unable to deliver as arranged, then we reserve the right to levy an additional charge for the re-delivery of the items.
