Phoenix Code Lock Commercial Key Cabinets are a range of high quality cabinets than can store from 42 to 600 keys. These cabinets have an electronic code lock that can be programmed with your own 4 digit code.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 plus VAT for basket values below £100 plus VAT.

For basket values of £100 plus VAT and above, our standard delivery option is FREE.

Please note that for all safe-related products, the standard delivery option is ‘door-to-door’ delivery. This means that the product will be delivered to the outside of the main door of your premises, our couriers will not bring the item inside.

The size and weight of safes means that ‘door-to-door’ delivery is often impractical unless you have industrial machinery to bring the product inside yourself. Consequently, on our product page we offer up to two additional delivery variables which you can choose at added cost and which are often more appropriate for large safe items. These options are:

  • Delivery inside with positioning (ground floor or higher floors using lift); or
  • Delivery inside with boltdown (ground floor or higher floors using lift).

Each product page will clearly display the item’s weight under the Specification tab and we would strongly urge you to consider this before selecting your delivery option. Please also be aware that some insurance approvals require safes to be bolted down for them to be valid. Again, this should be considered before purchase.

In addition to these delivery options, it is also possible for us to arrange for more specialist delivery needs. In these cases, please contact our sales team on 01724 281044 to discuss your requirements. Options that may be available to you include:

  • Inside delivery up flights of stairs;
  • HIAB delivery;
  • Timed delivery; and
  • Evening or Weekend delivery slots

This delivery information applies to deliveries to UK mainland areas only. Where your postcode is deemed to be in a non-mainland UK area then a delivery surcharge will apply. You will be notified of the price of this surcharge at checkout and full details on relevant postcodes can be obtained by calling our sales team on the number above.

In addition, there will be some areas where it is not possible to calculate the surcharge through the website, an example is Northern Ireland. In these cases, you will be notified of this at checkout and you should call our sales team on 01724 281044 for a bespoke shipping quote.

EU and international deliveries are possible but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and orders cannot be placed through the website. Please contact our sales team on the number above in order to discuss your specific requirements.

Delivery will normally be made at any time between 08:00am and 06:00pm, Monday to Friday. It is important to ensure that an authorised person is available to receive the goods. If we are unable to deliver as arranged, then we reserve the right to levy an additional charge for the re-delivery of the items. Special delivery instructions can be provided to us at checkout in order to minimise the possibility of this happening.
